Unlike Glyph, who was a relatively recent addition to the Writer's menagerie, the Mobian who appears, blinking rapidly in the spotlight, knows immediately where he is and why he's been summoned Beyond the Fourth Wall. As soon as his eyes stop burning from the sudden illumination, the bat turns and sets the Writer with a furious, deadly stare.

Vesper crosses his arms and looks away, glaring at nothing, until his Writer nudges him roughly in the ribs.

The bat blinks and glances over the thread quickly. For a moment, his expression doesn't change from the cool, slightly irritated frown... but then, very slowly, his eyes narrow, and his hackles bristle just slightly.
"... it's none of my business who... flirts... with Glyph..." Vesper's voice stays cool and calm, but a forced edge still peeks through, "... and, as for Trevor... I think that... I can't really judge him, but..."
But if he uses that mistletoe against Glyph, you'll snap? :3
