Species: Echidna
Appearance: Koh is a bit tall for an Echidna, being 4 feet tall exactly. His lean build brings him to 81 lbs, although he doesn't look it from the toned body he's come to possess. He isn't bulky and muscular, though. His physique is more tuned towards that of a track runner. His body is covered with gray fur from head to toe, save one small patch of white on his chest and the bit of fur around his mouth. His bundles of hair are in the style of dreads like most Echidnas, although his are shorter than most. They only reach just below his shoulders in the back and just below his chin on the sides.
Koh wears a white jacket over a rust colored shirt. Red pants with white stripes starting at the knee and proceeding down the inside of the leg are held up by a leather belt with a more common style of buckle. White tennis shoes and matching white gloves are his primary accessories. The last part of his attire is his airboarding goggles.

Abilities/Skills:
Koh's primary talent is his intellect. He might not act or speak in a manner that portrays his mental tenacity, but he is very sharp of mind and quick of wit.
Koh also possesses impressive willpower. Bending his will, 'breaking' him, or any kind of mind control will be incredibly reduced in strength when used on him.
Koh's primary hobby is Airboarding, and he's fairly good at it. He's still a long way from being the best at Airboarding based on his skill alone. After all, it's just a hobby for him.
Koh's most recent career, before the attacks of Metal Sonic and his army, was as a police officer. This gave him standard police training, specifically the basics of using small firearms, defensive and offensive driving, and some hand to hand combat skill. As with airboarding Koh is not expected to be a master of these arts. He's still learning.
There is one thing that Koh has put forth a great deal of time to master, though. Koh is a psychic. His powers aren't incredibly strong on their own, although they are definitely useful. Most of his powers do not work on the level of instinct, and instead require some amount of concentration to perform. The more difficult the task, the more focus required. So in intense situations like a firefight, it will be more difficult or even impossible for Koh to use his psychic powers to decent effect.

Telekinesis - The ability to move things with ones mind. Koh's able to lift objects that weigh about fifty pounds on average with this, and can go up to two hundred pounds with full concentration. He can also manipulate objects that are already in motion to increase their speed of motion, change direction, or stop altogether.
Extrasensory Perception - This is one of the few abilities that relies mostly on instinct since it functions without requiring direct focus from Koh. He is not capable of precognition, although he does have a very strong 'danger sense.' If something bad is about to go down, chances are that Koh will know before it does assuming he's in the area that it's about to happen at. There is part of this ability that Koh can focus on to achieve, however. He can detect other entities that emit electromagnetic waves(Brainwave patterns for sentient beings are formed from minor Electromagnetic pulses. Also it should be noted that Electronic devices, especially more complex ones, emit EMPs as well.) Similar to the detection of certain types of entities, Koh can read the emotions of living beings around him. This does require focus on his part, and he can generally only read one person at a time.
Telepathy - Koh's mental communication powers are generally limited to thought-casting. Simply put, this means that Koh can speak to others with his mind, but they can't reply without doing so verbally. If the one receiving Koh's thoughts trusts Koh enough then a mental link can be formed. Through this link the two can communicate back and forth at will although it does allow Koh full access to their every thought.
Special Note - Even though no one is aware of the Chaos Emeralds yet, this needs to be mentioned. Koh's Psychic abilities will be strengthened if he is in possession of a Chaos Emerald, with his power steadily increasing depending on the number of Emeralds he holds. With enough Emeralds, Koh will gain True precognition, be able to lift greater amounts with his telekinetic abilities, have his ESP extended over a wider range, and be able to read the thoughts of others at will. He will also gain the ability to alter, remove, and fabricate the memories of others, but this will not come until he has nearly all the Emeralds in his possession.
Personality: Koh is an easy going and layed back individual. He's even indecisive from time to time because of his layed back lifestyle. He enjoys being amongst friends and even a few jokes every now and then. he hates when things get serious or intense and prefers to avoid drama altogether if possible. He doesn't get angry often, but when someone does push him to his limits he usually has a rather extended period of rage where he'll blow up on anyone who even talks to him. One of Koh's other many traits is that he's a thrill seeker. It's not the risk that gives him thrills. Instead Koh gets a rush from the challenge of trying to do the impossible. Naturally because of this he's also competitive with others, always aiming to stay on top of the game. Koh is very determined and persistent in all of his endeavors, however few they may be due to his layed back lifestyle.
