Appearance: Thin black fur, with a perpetual tuft that cow-licks on his chest; narrow, tan, fluffy muzzle and inner ears; bright yellow eyes; usually wears white gloves with a cracked red band around his left wrist, sunglasses propped atop his head, and dusky brown boots
Age: 17
Abilities: Flight, hence the (admittedly banged-up) wings; he can also control shadows to an extent, his own most prominently, for defensive reasons. It isn't completely tangible, though; they're easily broken through, so he relies a lot on surprise, stealth, and bluffing to keep up the illusion that they're dangerous.
Personality: At first glance, Vesper looks like someone you wouldn't want to meet alone on a dark night. Usually his face is curled into a frown and his are eyes narrowed sharply, giving him a rather unfriendly, imposing appearance. Underneath the act, though, Vesper is quite shy and timid, and is often unsure of himself. He's friendly, but awkward and easy to embarrass or startle, but given the chance he could turn out to be quite a bit braver than expected.
